Massage Tools
Of the many massage tools we have used throughout our massage careers, these are the tools we have enjoyed the most.
Thera Cane

The Thera Cane is a helpful tool to work out muscle knots anywhere on your body. This elegant and simple tool is great for working everywhere, even those hard-to-reach places. We use our Thera Cane weekly.
Foam Roller

Foam rollers are helpful for heavy pressure massage of the large muscles of the body. There are many ways you can use a foam roller. Generally, you roll it underneath the muscle you want to massage. Your body weight provides the pressure.
Hand-L

This little ceramic tool helps you get deep pressure without putting unnecessary pressure on your joints. It is one of our favorite tools to use on our feet. The ceramic warms naturally to your body’s temperature as you use it. This tool has been a thumb saver!
Yoga Toes

Stretch between your toes to improve your balance. These gel toe spreaders are designed to open the spaces between your toes. We typically use them in the evening for about 20 minutes. After using them, our feet feel wider, more stable, and overall more balanced.
Tiger Balm

Tiger balm smells great and has been our go-to to bring relief to our sore muscles. The simple, ancient recipe has been soothing sore muscles since the 1870’s. It helps get circulation where it needs to go.

Some music just belongs in a massage session. These albums are a few of our favorites.

Mount St. Helens by Gary Jess
